Bruises along my spinal cord after doing sit ups on the floor..
Now it kinda hurt a lil.. T_T

hey.. do sit ups on the bed, it will not hurt that much.. if you are not doing the right way, it will not be beneficial or rather, it will injure you.

cuz i was perspiring after running.. so didnt wanna dirty my bed.. then i realise my mum have a yoga mat after i saw the bruises.. >.< i'll be careful the next time round..
