One Last Dance: 3.5/5I would have given it a "4/5" if it wasn't dubbed..
everyone in the show was speaking cantonese, including the Singapore actors..
(Not sure abt Zhang Shao Han though.. forgot..)
i hate dubbed shows..
cuz they can nv sound exactly like the original 100%..
like the different style of it..
esp the part when they showed snapshots of a situation instead of seeing the situation itself..
it is like seeing an action being done, by flipping the edges of the papers very quickly..
(If you get what i mean..)
just that they laid out the photos very quickly instead..
"Ah Gao" reminds me of Chapman Toh.. (the HK actor who alwiz act as the funny guy..)
It has got some good humour..
And i simply lurve Francis Ng's acting..
felt a slight confusion at the beginning..
but the story jus sank in naturally towards the end..
itz as though trying to fit the pieces into a jigsaw puzzle..
pretty cool i thot..

woke up late cause of the rain..
it was like the rain singing a lullaby telling me, "sleep more girl.. sleep more.."
and so i did.
went to skl to return my overdued-for-dunno-how-many-days library books..
met vanessa, peiwen n weida fer lunch in np..
and headed off to millenia tower with vanessa to get her cheque..
took the cab twice today.. cuz of the rain.. *ouch*
from city hall to millenia tower.. from there, to RELC..
fortunately i'm not as dumb as last yr..
went there, dropped my cheque, and we were off!!
and the queue number fer nets payment were like.. 400?
and then!!
i got splashed by the rain water when the car drove past me!!
fortunately it didn't turn out to be like those drama shows where the girl got wet, head to toe..
or i'll be like dissing people off fer the whole day.. XD
so after me and vanessa reached far east plaza, we went shopping!!
tried on a really whole new style of clothings..
i was like..
"who the hell is that girl?" when i put on my specs..
i was perhaps, trying to figure that out while the others were tellling me how nice i looked..
went fer dinner b4 we continued shopping!!
and i finally got myself a glove!! weeeee~~~
still very much contemplating whether to buy that new style of clothings..
if i wear them, think most of my frds wud probably get the shock of their lives..
maybe heart attack or something.. haha.. ;p
well, i'll keep that fer a suspense then..
we will see if i do get any change some time soon.. XD
oh btw.. i took some really narcisstic photos again.. hehehe..

I wanna blog this b4 i forget all about it...
Singaporean's Kiasu-nisim..In order to show the spirit of Singaporeans, this show tested and proved it(Kiasu-nisim)..
However, what truly amazed me was not of the Kiasu-nisim.
They set up a covered up small tent, with these words outside: "Free gifts here".
You cannot see what is inside and there is no indication of how the gifts would be like.
Soon, a line forms outside the tent with tonnes of curious eyes waiting anxiously for their "Free Gifts".
When interviewed, i laughed hard at their replies.
Q: Hi, may i know what are you queuing for?
A1: Erm, not sure. For the free gift i suppose.
A2: I don't know actually. I saw the queue and i just queued up. (SY: My gawd.. =.=)
A3 Not sure. No idea. Don't Know.
Q: Any idea what the gifts might be?
A: Not sure. No idea. Don't Know.
Q: What do you wish the gifts to be?
A1: Anything, it's free anyways.
A2: Perhaps canned food, anything also can.
A3: Not sure. No idea. Don't Know.
My goodness. Dear Singaporeans.
I know most of us are the typical middle or lower-middle class income.
(And some of the upper-middle class too.)
But, are you guys that hard up?
And you just join the queue that says "Free gifts here" without knowing what you are queuing for?
I had this experience once and i totally felt that it sucks.
My dad made me queue up and i ended up not realising what i'm queuing for.
It is unbelivable how people (and a lot of them, i mean) can do this.
A lot of us just get the free gifts for the sake that it is free.
After getting it we would just dump it at home and it will perhaps stay at the same spot for the next few months.
Most probablye a year later (maybe during house cleaning or finding it by accident) you realised that it has zero value for you and you just dump it.

ah!! my 1st post in 2007!! shall do a lil summary of wad i did the past few days.. ;)
New Year's EveWent to ktv with weide, sooktheng n jem..
Was damn farnee when we blasted the whole list with oldies from Grasshopper, Andy Lau, Zhang Xue You etc etc..
Singing and shouting away to the songs while poking fun of the "trendy" dance moves..
And we had our very own "Retro boys" made up of Weide n Jem!!
Went fer my sec skl bbq fer an hour.. felt kinda bad myself fer missing out all the activities they had.. that was perhaps the 1st gathering i went after years..
Gomen neh mina.. >.<
New Year's DayWoke up at noon cuz i was watching tv till 5am after i reach home..
n i was suppose to be at gav's hse by noon.. oppss... XD
went to gav's hse fer mahjong.. lost a lil there..
apparently lady luck weren't smiling at me.. zzzz..
oh well.. we had fun though.. ;p
Todaynth much.. woke up late again since i slept late ytd..
going back to skl tmr.. and the season of muggin begins..
